Only do it after you've finished the game. You can do it whenever you want after that point. 3. Awakening. This is a major expansion that takes place after the events of Origins. If you don't care about the above two campaigns you can jump straight from Origins to Awakening. 4.
reused maps and combat seems off in dragon age 2 but i would recommend you play through the story at least once just for the story. I enjoyed the story and unlike most bioware games you can be a humorous character if you wish to be :) that is one thing i loved about dragon age 2. i also recommend you at least get the legacy dlc ( helps a little for you to understand inquisition) . the rest of
Dragon Age: Tevinter Nights (mentioned) Sebastian Vael is a Chantry Brother and a member of the royal Vael family of Starkhaven —contending for the title of Prince after the murder of his family. Being both a skilled archer and rogue, he is a potential companion in Dragon Age II available through the The Exiled Prince DLC, and a romance The others you can really do whenever, but they are kind of hard so I’d suggest being at least level 20. I always do them after finishing the base game but before Trespasser as a sort of in between, because I like how it feels like you’re still doing stuff for the Inquisition even after the main story line is finished.
2) Run "DragonAge2Config.exe" from your Dragon Age 2 install folder (mine was located in C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin\Dragon Age II\bin_ship) - this should register your game's proper install location . 3) Attempt to run the DLC installers again. They should be successful this time! Anyways, Hope this helps!
I prefer to save the DLC for the endgame. My only suggestion is that once you start What Pride Had Wrought, play straight through until the end of the game. The ending is better paced this way. Completing the DLC post-game also changes some dialogue a bit. There are a few bits that ackowledge Corypheus has already been defeated.
